Dear Editor,

In reading the article and evaluating the influence of Western culture in our society, especially among young people and adolescents, I could not help noticing how it can be harmful to our society.

With the intense adoption of factors of Western culture by our youth, I am concerned that our own culture and customs are abandoned and forgotten over time. With that in mind, I believe that the best way is to make the concepts of our culture attractive to young people in our society, mainly through articles and artistic presentations, which not only show the value of our culture, but show young people how important it is respect and admire cultures from other regions without abandoning ours.

I am the resident of Bangalore and quite recently I read your article regarding the development of a country. I am writing to inform you that I fully agree with all the points mentioned in your article but I wanted to shed light on how education is not being prioritized by our government and the local people of our city are being blamed for promoting child labor. When in reality lack of jobs for adults and resources to fulfill the needs of a family are the biggest reason behind it.

Illiteracy also plays a major role in this. Kindly write reports or articles about this issue as well. If we as a country want to prosper we will have to end these tyrannical habits of child labor.

As you know water is very necessary for us. Without water we can not do anything like cooking, washing, drinking and so on. Due to insufficient supply of water, people face many problems. They can not live happily. They have to buy water from town. As you know water is very expensive so it is very difficult to buy water to do all things.
