What were two weaknesses of the First New Deal?There was still widespread racism and discrimination. -Blacks were out in CCC camps and when the new town of Norris was built in the Tennessee Vally, blacks were not allowed to live there. -Jobs were usually given to whites and the jobs that blacks did get were very basic.
