The New York Canel or something like that New York Something after a little while people started using it more and more so they built more and bubilt houses along the river's. later on the built the steamboat and railroad tracks.

As trade increased, there was a massive increase in the growth of towns in order to spur the booming trade business. As a result, peasants and others began moving to towns. They were ultimately allowed to buy their freedom in towns, which was a lure for many others to move. This migration to towns caused feudalism to decline, amongst other factors, because lords no longer had as much right to labour.

Increase in trades provides more opportunities for local towns in finding trading partners that could give them profit as the fruit of their hardwork.
This will make them does not necessarily need to depend on the nobles to bring bread to the table, but also bring more wealth and investments into their town  and improve their economy as a whole.

Increased in trade will resulted in more business opportunities for the people.
Which means that the people are not bound to take care of the Nobles' land in order to fulfill end's meet.
As more independent business grow, the less power the nobles will have upon their people.  Feudalism require most of the assets that exist within the nations to be owned by the novles.Since now the private sector owned the assets instead, it marked the end of the Feudalism.

Towns grew because trade fairs were only available seven weeks a year, and it was difficult for people to get there. Therefore, they stopped going to fairs and set-up permanent shops in town. People could escape serfdom by selling things at fairs. Having the ability to escape serfdom and make money on their own changed the feudal system.

When trade began to increase, people moved from manors to towns in order to facilitate the growth of trade. There were more goods being produced, and more items being moved from one location to another. Peasants began to move to produce their own goods rather than staying in debt to their lord on a manor.
