Bài 2.1: Tại đơn vị hành chính X có một số nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh như sau (ĐVT: 1.000đ)
1. Đơn vị nhận được thông báo về số dự toán chi hoạt động thường xuyên 500.000, dự
toán chi hoạt động không thường xuyên 200.000.
2. Kế toán đơn vị làm thủ tục rút dự toán tạm ứng chi thường xuyên 155.000 về tài khoản
tại kho bạc.
3. Mua vật tư văn phòng nhập kho (dùng cho các hoạt động thường xuyên) theo giá mua
chưa thuế GTGT 10% là 40.000, đã thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản.
4. Chuyển khoản thanh toán dịch vụ điện nước theo giá cả thuế trên hóa đơn GTGT 10%
là 11.000
5. Kế toán nộp chứng từ nghiệp vụ 3 và 4 cho kho bạc để làm thanh toán tạm ứng dự
toán.
6. Rút dự toán tạm ứng chi không thường xuyên về tài khoản kho bạc 100.000
7. Đơn vị mua một thiết bị văn phòng (nguồn chi không thường xuyên) với giá cả thuế
GTGT 10% là 100.000, đơn vị đã thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản. Tài sản đã được
bàn giao và đưa vào sử dụng.
8. Đơn vị làm thủ tuc thanh toán tạm ứng với kho bạc số tiền ở nghiệp vụ 7
9. Đơn vị rút dự toán chuyển khoản trả lương về tài khoản tiền gửi để chuẩn bị trả lương
cho cán bộ nhân viên 230.000
10. Chuyển khoản thanh toán lương cho cán bộ công nhân viên 230.000
Yêu cầu:
1- Định khoản các nghiệp vụ kinh tế trên.
2- Định khoản nghiệp vụ 7,8 trong trường hợp mua thiết bị văn phòng bằng nguồn chi
thường xuyên.
